Job summary

Collingswood Manor, a UMC Community, is seeking an Assisted Living Registered Nurse (RN) for per diem shifts in New Jersey. You will check residents' health, lead care staff, and coordinate care plans to ensure quality outcomes.

Earn $45.33 per hour with day, evening, or overnight options. NJ RN license required; multistate acceptable; 1 year nursing experience preferred. Per diem schedule includes one weekend per month and one major holiday.

• Active New Jersey RN license or active multistate (compact) RN license.
• 1 year or more of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check on residents’ health with assessments and follow up when something changes.
• Lead and support the Resident Care Assistants on your shift.
• Write and update care plans with residents, families, and the care team.
• Oversee medication management and ensure compliance with New Jersey rules.
• Respond to incidents and changes in condition, then document and follow up.
• Help coordinate appointments, transportation, referrals, and moves between care levels.

What you’ll do
