Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore, and maintain residents' health through collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You will perform clinical duties in accordance with the state nurse practice act, support resident independence, monitor conditions, manage medications, and participate in care conferences.

Requires active RN license and CPR, with at least 6 months RN experience.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, internet and web applications.
• Active RN license in the state of practice; CPR certification required.
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with residents and families to deliver holistic care.
• Perform clinical duties in line with state nurse practice acts and standards.
• Promote independence by teaching residents and families about care and medications.
• Monitor residents for changes in status and respond to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to perform routine nursing duties as needed.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications per orders.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care activities accurately and timely in the EMR.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
