Job summary

Colonial Village is a boutique senior living community offering independent living, assisted living, short-term rehab and long-term care. We seek an RN to provide comprehensive nursing care, collaborating with families, physicians and care teams to uphold quality standards.

The RN will conduct rounds, monitor residents, follow infection control guidelines and communicate care plans to ensure safety and well-being across shifts.

Qualifications

• RN must be a graduate from an accredited school, licensed in the state and maintain licensure.
• CPR certification required.
• Preferably 1–2 years of long-term care or skilled-nursing experience.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care per federal/state/company requirements based on acuity.
• Make daily rounds to assess residents' condition and comfort.
• Follow safety policies and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate with the physician and ensure hand-offs between shifts.
• Oversee direct care staff and verify tasks are completed as assigned.
