Colonial Village in Overland Park, KS is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care to residents across the community and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and care teams. The RN will conduct rounds, ensure safety, and adhere to infection control guidelines.

The role requires an accredited nursing program and active RN licensure in Kansas, with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• RN must be a graduate from an accredited school and licensed to practice in the state.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with Federal, State, and Company requirements based on acuity of residents.
• Perform daily rounds to assess residents’ condition and comfort.
• Follow safety policies to ensure resident safety and infection control.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals for care plans.
• Oversee direct care staff and ensure tasks are completed as assigned.
