Job summary

Wesley by the Bay in Ocean City, NJ is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to help older adults stay independent. This full-time role offers a weekday schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm) with pay of $21.01–$23.63 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a Resident Services Coordinator you will connect residents with community resources, support transitions from hospital stays, and coordinate educational, wellness, and enrichment programs, while maintaining records and liaising with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with older adults or in social services.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Connect residents with community resources and programs that support independence and well-being.
• Provide regular outreach to residents, including those returning from hospital or rehab stays.
• Help residents and families navigate care options and plan for changing needs.
• Maintain resident records, resource information, and required reports.
• Coordinate educational, wellness, social, and enrichment programs.
• Create resident communications and liaise with community leadership.
• Partner with property management to support resident success and access to resources.
