Maplewood Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Director at Mill Hill Residence. The role leads the Resident Care team, ensures regulatory compliance, manages the service plans, and coordinates care for residents. The director oversees budgeting, staffing, training, and after-hours support to deliver compassionate senior care.

Must be a MA-licensed RN or LPN with experience in seniors. The position offers stability, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities to influence care

Formación

• Must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid Massachusetts license.
• Must have an Massachusetts license in good standing.
• Experience and passion in working with seniors.
• Able to perform tasks which may be physically demanding such as pushing, bending and lifting up to 60lbs.
• Ability to maintain positive working relationships with residents, their families, peers and other staff members.
• In good physical and emotional health and free of communicable diseases.

Responsabilidades

• Provides nursing services to residents and supervise care and services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal and state assisted living regulations.
• Coordinate care for residents and supervise the Resident Services Department.
• Oversee move-in, service plans, assessments, and coordination with families and outside providers.
• Train and supervise staff; document care and ensure quality assurance.
• Maintain infection control, budgeting, after-hours availability, and on-call support.
