Lake Region Healthcare is seeking a proactive Director to lead Mill Street Residence, ensuring high-quality care and compliant operations for tenants and families. You will direct daily activities, coordinate staff, and drive occupancy through proactive outreach and contract processes.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a commitment to HIPAA and regulatory standards within a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of regulations associated with assisted living and long-term care facilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to supervise, coach, and coordinate staff in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operation of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Lead quality initiatives to ensure high quality care for tenants.
• Promote teamwork and compliance with organizational policies and mission.
• Oversee marketing, occupancy, and move-in processes, including contracts and documentation relations.
