Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a Resident Experience Director to oversee the Activities Department and create an engaging, social environment for residents in the Florida communities.

The role requires overseeing budgets, scheduling, training, and programming that meets residents’ interests and needs, while ensuring compliance with current standards. A min. of 2 years supervisory experience and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social work, or gerontology preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Activities Department to ensure daily standards.
• Plan and execute a seven-days-a-week activities calendar.
• Supervise staff and manage budgets for resident programs.
• Collaborate with health services to meet resident wellness needs.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
