Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a part-time Resident Experience Ambassador to engage residents through socials, crafts and daily activities, supporting the Resident Experience team with monthly calendars and transport as needed.

You will encourage participation, document attendance with Lifeloop, and help create enriching programs while upholding safety, respect and courtesy. Availability on weekends, evenings and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in organizing activities or event planning preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures when necessary.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and utilize technology effectively.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate socials, games, crafts, cooking, movies, outings, and other activities per schedule.
• Work with the Resident Experience team to generate ideas and encourage resident input.
• Assist in creating and adjusting the Resident Experience plan for each resident.
• Ensure each resident has a monthly activity calendar copy.
• Invite and encourage participation from all residents as appropriate.
• Assist in transporting residents to activities and document attendance using Lifeloop.
• Identify and report concerns affecting participation to the Resident Experience Director.
• Maintain a customer-focused, respectful and professional demeanor.
