Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a Resident Experience Ambassador to join our Akron-area team. You will plan and facilitate socials, crafts, games, outings, and other activities tailored to residents, with a focus on dignity, safety, and joy.

The role supports the Resident Experience Director, documents attendance in Lifeloop, and helps residents participate. A background in activity planning and comfort with seniors is preferred; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in organizing activities or event planning preferred.
• One to two years working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures when necessary.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and use technology effectively.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate socials, games, crafts, cooking, movies, outings, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and improve monthly activity schedules.
• Maintain monthly calendars and ensure residents receive copies.
• Encourage participation and assist with transportation to activities.
• Document attendance and interactions in Lifeloop; report concerns to leadership.
