Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Resident Experience Ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Memory Care and a passion for engaging residents through activities and programs.

Responsibilities include planning socials, coordinating activities, documenting participation in Lifeloop, and supporting residents with transportation and calendar access. Flexibility for weekends/evenings/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• One to two years of working with seniors preferred.
• Experience organizing activities or event planning preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate socials, games, crafts, cooking, movies, outings and other activities.
• Collaborate with Resident Experience team to develop new ideas and plan monthly programs.
• Assist in creating and adjusting the Resident Experience plan for each resident.
• Distribute monthly activity calendars to residents.
• Invite and encourage resident participation according to comfort.
• Assist in transporting residents to activities.
• Document attendance and interactions in Lifeloop.
• Identify concerns that limit participation and report to the Director.
• Represent the team with punctual, neat, professional appearance.
• May drive the company van as required.
• May perform other duties.
• Work varied schedules including weekends/evenings/holidays.
