Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC in Palm Coast, FL is seeking a Resident Experience Ambassador to bring joy and engagement to residents through social events and daily activities.

You will collaborate with the Resident Experience team to plan monthly calendars, invite participation, and document attendance using Lifeloop, with occasional driving responsibilities.

The role requires experience with seniors, strong communication, and flexibility to work Thursdays through Saturdays and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in organizing activities or event planning.
• 1–2 years working with seniors preferred.
• Experience in Memory Care setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Able to operate standard office equipment.
• Ability to utilize technology (computers, tablet, email, social media).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate socials, games, crafts, cooking, movies, outings and other activities.
• Collaborate with the Resident Experience team to introduce new ideas.
• Assist in creating and adjusting the Resident Experience plan for each resident.
• Ensure each resident has a copy of the monthly activity calendar.
• Invite and encourage participation from all residents.
• Assist in transporting residents to activities.
• Use Lifeloop to document attendance and 1:1 interactions.
• Identify and report concerns affecting participation.
• Maintain a customer-focused, respectful, and professional demeanor.
• May drive the company van as required.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
