You will oversee staffing, training, and relationships with residents and families while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, memory care, senior living, healthcare, or a related field.
• Supervisory or leadership experience managing direct care staff.
• Strong understanding of resident care practices and service plans.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead caregiving team with professionalism, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Create and manage schedules for caregivers and medication technicians.
• Train, coach, and mentor caregivers and medication technicians, ensuring competency.
• Audit documentation and oversee medication administration procedures for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and licensing requirements.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and families, communicating changes and updates.
• Manage supplies and inventory related to caregiving and medications.
