Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator to provide leadership across Assisted Living, Terrace Club and Reminiscence neighborhoods. You will oversee care planning, team operations, and collaboration with clinical partners to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

The role includes coordinating staffing, evaluating residents, and guiding the care team to deliver compassionate support.

Mansioni

• Lead daily operations of assigned neighborhood(s) in compliance with regulations and Sunrise standards
• Participate in resident evaluations and develop Service Plans
• Create staffing schedules and daily care assignments based on resident needs
• Lead move-in meetings and coordinate care with the Resident Care Director when clinical support is needed
• Monitor changes in resident condition and ensure timely communication with families and providers
• Partner with Dining and Activities teams to enhance the resident experience
• Maintain compliance with QAPI, OSHA and regulatory requirements
• Manage department budget, labor and expenses
• Recruit, hire, train and coach care team members
• Conduct performance reviews and promote team engagement
