Spring Gardens of Midvale in Utah is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Coordinator to lead our caregiving team and ensure resident-centered care. You will oversee staffing, training, compliance, care plan implementation, audit documentation, and foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

This role offers Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional shifts coverage. Pay is $20.00–$23.00 per hour DOE.

Formación

• Experience in assisted living or memory care and supervising direct care staff.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and service plans.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Confidentiality and professionalism.
• Computer proficiency and electronic documentation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead resident care according to service plans and state regulations.
• Create and manage caregiver and medication technician schedules.
• Coach and develop caregiving staff; ensure proper orientation.
• Audit MARs and care documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing.
• Build relationships with residents and families; communicate changes.
• Oversee supplies; monitor inventory and control costs.
