Lake House Assisted Living LLC in Largo, FL seeks an organized Resident Care Coordinator to support daily operations of the resident care department and ensure quality care for residents. You will work with the Wellness Director and care team to monitor wellbeing, coordinate services, and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Assisted living experience preferred (1 year minimum).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and MS Office.
• Ability to supervise and coach care staff.
• Passion for working with seniors and patient-centred care.

Responsabilités

• Assist Wellness Director with coordinating resident care services and care plans.
• Monitor resident wellbeing and communicate concerns promptly.
• Conduct rounds and follow up on care needs and service requests.
• Coordinate with pharmacy and outside providers to support continuity of care.
• Participate in admission processes and support shift coverage.
• Lead dining room rounds to ensure smooth service.
