Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is seeking a registered nurse leader to oversee the health and well-being of residents within our community, ensuring compliant clinical care and coordinating with the administrator and pharmacy consultant. You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, schedule staff, manage service plans, and communicate with residents’ families while upholding our Pillars of Excellence.

• RN or LPN in good standing; RN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in a nursing leadership role; Senior Living experience preferred.
• BSL Certification is required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care and supervise licensed nurses to ensure quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing clinical care.
• Coordinate with Administrator and pharmacy consultant to optimize resident services and medication management.
• Oversee monthly updates and communicate changes to the responsible party.
• Develop and implement assessment-driven service plans and document changes in health status.
• Schedule clinical staff monthly and ensure adequate supplies are available.
