Job summary

Inspired Living Lakewood Ranch is seeking an experienced Director of Health & Wellness to lead our clinical team and champion exceptional resident care. This hands-on role focuses on clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, and building a culture of safety and compassion.

You will oversee daily clinical operations, admissions, medication management, and staff development, partnering with residents, families, and physicians to deliver personalized, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical leadership or supervisory experience in senior living or related setting.
• Current LPN or Med Tech certification as required by the state.
• Strong experience leading, coaching, scheduling, and developing nursing and care teams.
• Experience managing clinical situations and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and build trust with residents, families, physicians, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the community's daily clinical operations.
• Assess residents and develop/maintain appropriate care plans.
• Oversee medication management and clinical documentation.
• Ensure wellness checks, follow-up, and timely interventions.
• Lead admissions from a clinical perspective and ensure safety of needs.
• Hire, train, and develop nursing and care staff.
• Provide ongoing clinical education and performance feedback.
