Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch is seeking an experienced Director of Health & Wellness to lead our clinical team and champion exceptional resident care. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safe, personalized, high-quality care in a senior living setting.

You will supervise clinical operations, oversee medication management and documentation, and partner with residents, families, physicians, and leadership to continuously improve care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Clinical leadership or supervisory experience in senior living (2+ years).
• Current LPN or Med Tech certification as required by the state.
• Experience leading, coaching, scheduling, and developing nursing/care teams.
• Confidence in clinical decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the community's daily clinical operations.
• Assess residents and develop/maintain care plans.
• Oversee medication management and clinical documentation.
• Ensure wellness checks, referrals, and interventions.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop nursing and care staff.
• Provide ongoing clinical education and performance feedback.
• Monitor staffing to meet resident needs.
• Maintain HIPAA/OSHA compliance and EMR accuracy.
• Lead quality improvement and regulatory initiatives.
