Job summary

Brightwater Senior Living of Highland is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to provide personalized care and support to our residents in an independent living, assisted living, and memory care environment.

Ideal candidates will assist with activities of daily living, promote resident engagement, and help deliver exceptional dining experiences and activities, while maintaining dignity and quality of life for all residents.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain CPR and first aid certification.
• Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Offer services to residents as indicated in service plans.
• Assist in development and revision of service plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as indicated in service plans.
• Assist residents with simple treatments as indicated in service plans.
• Assist residents with emotional health and/or problem behavior issues as indicated in service plans.
• Perform housekeeping duties as indicated on Daily Assignments form.
