Charter Senior Living of Northpark Place is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet residents, families, visitors and associates in a warm, professional manner. You will act as the communication hub and provide clerical support to keep front desk operations smooth and welcoming.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality or senior living, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while upholding confidentiality and a resident-focused

Qualifications

• Prior receptionist/administrative/hospitality or senior living experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Basic clerical and computer skills including typing and filing.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors warmly and professionally.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Provide information, assistance, and referrals as appropriate.
• Support daily administrative and clerical functions including filing, typing, and light bookkeeping.
• Assist with maintaining organized front desk and office areas.
• Communicate effectively with all departments and leadership teams.
• Help maintain a welcoming, positive, and hospitality-focused environment.
• Handle multiple interruptions and changing priorities professionally.
