Charter Senior Living of Mequon is seeking a part-time weekend receptionist to warmly greet residents, families and visitors, and to provide information and referrals with a service-oriented approach.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic clerical abilities, and a patient, caring attitude toward the elderly residents we serve. This role supports a compassionate team in a welcoming environment at our Mequon community.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication is required.
• Basic clerical skills including typing and filing.
• Experience in assisted living is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and referrals to residents, visitors, staff and prospective clients in a service-oriented manner.
• Maintain basic clerical tasks including typing, filing and light bookkeeping.
• Work in an environment with multiple interruptions and maintain a pleasant, supportive attitude toward the elderly.
