Wallick Senior Living in Toledo is seeking a friendly Receptionist to welcome visitors, answer phones, and support daily front-desk operations in a part-time role at Oakleaf Village Toledo.

You will maintain a tidy lobby, process resident payments, assist with mail and filing, and provide courteous customer service to residents, families, and staff. Proficiency with computers and basic math are helpful as you help keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Strong organizational and self-motivation.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, visitors and staff.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Basic math skills for resident bill payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and announce arrivals.
• Maintain a clean, presentable lobby for visitors.
• Provide general administrative support when needed.
• Sort mail and distribute to the proper person.
• Keep filing up to date.
• Take payments for resident bills and issue receipts.
