Job summary

Wallick Communities is seeking a Receptionist for Oakleaf Village in Toledo. This part-time position involves greeting visitors, maintaining a tidy lobby, handling general admin tasks, and processing resident payments. Must have basic computer skills and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-service oriented, and able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors. Pre-employment background check and drug screen apply.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating a computer.
  • Should be organized and self-motivated.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to communicate with peers, visitors, supervisor and residents.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
  • Ability to apply basic math skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and announce their arrival.
  • Maintain clean, presentable lobby area for visitors.
  • Provide general administrative support when needed.
  • Sort the mail and distribute to proper person.
  • Keep filing up to date.
  • Take payments for resident bills and give receipts.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned such as answering phones, monitoring nursing call system and various systems as assigned.

What You’ll Do
