Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support residents across our campus. You will deliver person-centered physical therapy services and participate in a continuum of care within a vibrant senior-living community.

Full-time, Monday through Friday 8am–4:30pm, with compensation ranging from $35 to $39 per hour depending on experience. Join a team committed to wellness, learning opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience working with older adults (preferred).
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Current state license in physical therapy (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic physical therapy services across the Erickson Senior Living continuum of care.
• Deliver day-to-day physical therapy treatments meeting residents’ needs in all settings.
• Follow Medicare, state and federal regulations, APTA policies, and company procedures.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on individual strengths and routines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs.
