Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support residents' daily living with a person-centered approach.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, offering comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a nationally respected senior living network.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience with older adults, CPR certification, and a current state physical therapy license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with older adults preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Current state license in physical therapy (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day physical therapy treatments across the Erickson Senior Living continuum of care.
• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement residents’ care plans based on their preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address resident needs.
