National Church Residences in Pittsburgh's Elliott Heights senior community is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, leasing, and resident services. This role emphasizes compliance, budgeting support, and coordinating maintenance.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least two years in property management, and strong computer and communication skills. The position offers competitive pay, full-time benefits, and opportunities to work across communities.

Formación

• Must have minimum two years’ property management experience.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD/Section 8 and affordable housing regulations preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use computer or tablet software.

Responsabilidades

• Implement quality control of leasing regulations and policies.
• Assist with budgeting process.
• Manage daily operations of residential units and/or commercial spaces.
• Oversee building maintenance.
• Travel to alternative communities if requested.
