National Church Residences is seeking dedicated Housekeepers to support our senior housing communities in Pittsburgh, PA. This part-time role covers 20 hours per week and focuses on cleaning common areas, model apartments, and vacant units in a respectful, resident-focused environment.

The role involves following cleaning schedules, handling routine chores, and coordinating with residents and coworkers to ensure a clean and welcoming living space. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Follows established cleaning schedule.
• Cleans common areas of property, model apartments or vacant apartments designated as show units.
• Completes work orders and inspections per policy and procedure.
• Maintains communication with residents, co-workers, and management.

Responsabilités

• Follow cleaning schedule and keep common areas clean and presentable.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and clean fixtures in show units and model apartments.
• Assist with work orders and inspections as required by policy.
• Maintain professional communication with residents, staff and vendors.
