Job summary

Responsibilities include following the cleaning schedule, cleaning common areas and show units, and completing work orders with attention to policy and resident communication.

Responsibilities

• Follows established cleaning schedule.
• Cleans common areas of property, model apartments or vacant apartments designated as show units.
• Duties may include emptying trash, dusting and vacuuming; polishing/cleaning furniture, cleaning fixtures, glass, window ledges, mopping floor areas.
• Completes work orders and inspections appropriately per policy and procedure.
• Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relationships with residents, co-workers, community leaders, owners, management, vendors, and service providers.

Part time 20 hours a week Parkside Manor 77 units located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is a senior apartment community with a team of property management professionals that are unmatched in the area! We are seeking Housekeepers who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

Responsibilities

• Follows established cleaning schedule.
