Ideal candidates are organized, dependable, and service-oriented, with experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and familiarity with property management software like RealPage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in the building maintenance field is highly desired.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred.
• Familiarity with RealPage Maintenance Facilities or similar CMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance of interior and exterior building areas and grounds.
• Complete unit turnovers within 3 days when required.
• Perform painting and preventative maintenance per schedule.
• Assist with apartment and systems inspections.
• Respond to and log work orders in the system.
• Address maintenance emergencies including after-hours as needed.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
