Retirement Housing Foundation (RHF) seeks an Apartment Manager to oversee LaFontaine Center in Huntington, IN. You will manage day-to-day operations, leasing, resident relations, and regulatory compliance to sustain a safe, welcoming community for seniors.

The role requires leadership, budgeting, and strong communication with residents, staff, and partners. This position supports HUD-regulated housing programs and requires flexible hours, driving, and a commitment to service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of property management experience, preferably in senior living or affordable housing.
• Experience with HUD or other affordable housing programs preferred.
• Experience budgeting, financial reporting, and property operations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily property operations, including leasing, resident relations, and facilities management.
• Ensure compliance with HUD and affordable housing regulations; manage income certifications and recertifications.
• Prepare and manage budgets; control expenses and maximize occupancy.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors for repairs and preventative maintenance.
