Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Eight+ years of relevant experience in senior living or related projects.
• Active licensure strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects across design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior housing projects through all design and construction phases.
• Establish and manage scope, budgets, schedules, staffing, and consultant coordination.
• Prepare and oversee fee proposals, contracts, and project documentation.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain regular progress communication.
• Coordinate with consultants, authorities having jurisdiction, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor performance to meet deadlines, profitability targets, and quality expectations.
• Ensure timely project billing, reporting, and documentation.
• Mentor and develop staff and support licensure/AXP progress.
