Qualifications

• Registered architect with a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from a NAAB-accredited university.
• Eight or more years of design experience is preferred.
• Experience in the senior living market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and teams on active production projects.
• Prepare strategic plans and serve as primary client contact.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project scope.
• Facilitate contract documents as architect in responsible charge.
• Develop design assignments throughout all project phases.

Understanding of relevant codes
