Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
• Eight years of relevant experience required.
• Active board licensure strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Revit and Bluebeam.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify budgets, consultants, schedule for completion, and fees; prepare proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate with clients, governing authorities, consultants, contractors, and other disciplines for effective communication.
• Manage workloads to meet project requirements and maximize staff utilization.
• Ensure projects are billed at regular intervals.
• Mentor and coach team; support licensure hours and staff growth.
• Coordinate all team efforts for cost-effective project execution.
• Maintain clear project communication with clients and team through meetings/minutes.
• Lead design and construction problem solving; ensure code compliance and constructability.
