Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a mission-driven Physician to provide high-quality, person-centered care for residents in senior living communities and skilled nursing facilities. You will mentor APPs and drive improvements in outcomes while aligning with Curana Health’s evidence-based care model and technology tools.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA license; proficiency with EMR; compassionate, intelligent, motivated, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care with history and physicals on new patients and routine rounding (minimum once per week).
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the team to elevate care delivery.
• Close quality gaps and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission and values as a clinical leader in the communities served.
