Job summary

Curana Health, Inc. seeks a mission-driven physician to join our team and impact care in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will deliver high-quality, person-centered care, build strong staff relationships, and mentor APPs to ensure coordinated care.

The role offers autonomy of private practice with the resources and stability of a leading healthcare organization focused on transforming senior care. Some travel to facilities is required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice in the state of employment.
• Active DEA license.
• Proficiency with EMR.
• Compassionate, intelligent, motivated, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounds at least weekly.
• Partner with APPs to manage regulatory and complex visits with clinical excellence.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the team to elevate care delivery.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and uphold Curana Health’s mission and values.
• Represent Curana Health as a clinical leader and ambassador in communities served.
