Curana Health is seeking a mission-driven Physician to serve residents in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will deliver high-quality, person-centered care, build strong staff relationships, and mentor APPs to ensure coordinated care across facilities.

Qualifications

MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
Active DEA license.

Responsibilities

Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct weekly rounds.
Partner with APPs to manage regulatory and complex visits.
Mentor APPs to elevate care delivery.
Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
Advocate for patients and align with Curana Health values.
Represent Curana Health as a clinical leader and ambassador in communities.
