Curana Health, Inc. in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a mission-driven physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.

You will serve as a trusted provider for residents and mentor APPs to ensure coordinated care. This role offers the autonomy of private practice with strong support from a growing national organization, travel to multiple facilities, and opportunities for leadership, professional development, and data-driven

Competenze

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment
• Active DEA License
• Proficiency with EMR
• Compassionate, intelligent, motivated, and a team player

Mansioni

• Provide history and physicals for new patients and routine rounds at least weekly.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers to manage complex visits and ensure clinical excellence.
• Mentor APPs to elevate care delivery across the team.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health’s mission in the communities served.
• Travel to and from assigned facilities as required.
