Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. in North Port, FL, is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join a compassionate team.

You will deliver rehabilitative services, design and adjust treatment plans, and participate in clinical conferences to coordinate care for senior residents through private, one-on-one sessions. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent)
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to starting employment
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
• Computer proficiency required

Responsabilidades

• Provide rehabilitative services to residents under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate plan of care for residents.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized, private sessions using a functional-based approach.
• Customize treatment sessions to meet each resident's needs
