Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Physical Therapy or relevant field.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one-on-one with individualized, private treatment sessions.
• Individualize treatment sessions for each patient.
