SCHOFIELD&ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a senior living community in Shelbyville, KY. Join an in-house therapy team to support residents in regaining strength, mobility, and independence, while building meaningful relationships with residents and families.

The role emphasizes comprehensive evaluations, individualized plans, and collaborative care with the interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered treatment and education.

Competenze

• Active Kentucky Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Passion for working with the senior population.
• Positive, collaborative, and patient-focused approach.
• Long-term care or senior living experience preferred, but not required.

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
