Legacy Healthcare Services seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our senior living rehabilitation team in Clarksville, TN. You will provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize resident outcomes.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, comprehensive benefits, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
• Computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to residents under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care for residents.
• Treat residents one on one with private treatment sessions and individualized care.
