Pro Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist for Truman Senior Living in Truman, MN. This full-time role offers a competitive wage ($45-$55/hour) and a $7,500 bonus paid over 18 months, plus benefits and potential tuition reimbursement. New grads welcome to apply!

Position features include flexible start/end times, site-specific tuition assistance, and a supportive rural environment ideal for building a full caseload.

Formación

• Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree.
• Must possess a current MN Physical Therapist License.
• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local Home Health regulations.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve functional deficits.
• Provide Hands-on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Educate & Support Patients: Instruct patients and caregivers on exercises, pain management and fall risk safety.
• Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track patient outcomes and modify plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
