Job summary

Greenspring Village, part of Erickson Senior Living, is seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our on-site team in Springfield, Virginia. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, new graduates welcome, and both full-time and PRN shifts across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings.

You will evaluate residents, provide personalized therapy, and work with a dedicated on-site medical team.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to document services accurately and on time.
• Experience with older adults across multiple diagnostic groups preferred.
• Medicare documentation familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings.
• Provide 1:1 direct patient care with a focus on maintaining mobility and independence.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and rehab staff on residents’ care plans.
• Maintain strong documentation and onboarding support as part of a team.
