Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, VA is seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our team. You will deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care—on-site with no outside travel and strong onboarding support.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. Compensation ranges from $40.00–$49.00 per hour for FT/PRN, with PRN rate at $55.00 per hour, plus benefits and 401k eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to document services accurately and on time.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Caseload focused on 1:1 direct patient care.
• Deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across inpatient to home health settings.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and rehab colleagues to maintain mobility and independence.
• On-site campus with no outside travel.

In this role, you’ll deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care—all within one vibrant, on-site campus. From inpatient to outpatient and home health settings, you’ll have the unique opportunity to expand your clinical expertise while building lasting relationships with residents.
