Job summary

The Blake at Flowood is hiring a Personal Assistant to support residents in our senior living community. This full-time evening shift (11pm to 7am) includes every other weekend. The role involves companionship, daily living assistance, and light housekeeping to promote comfort and wellbeing.

Candidates should display a caring heart, be able to report health changes, and assist with activities to keep residents engaged. A High School diploma is required; CPR/First Aid is preferred.

• Must have caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma or GED required; CNA not specified.

Responsibilities

• Provides companionship and activities of daily living for residents.
• Reports changes in health/status and records progress daily.
• Assists residents with memory and performance improvement programs.
• Performs light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Assists with dining as directed by leadership.
• Engages residents in activities to keep them happy and engaged.
