Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Personal Assistant for The Blake at Flowood to support our assisted living residents with companionship, daily living activities, and engaging activities. The role includes reporting health changes and completing daily data sheets to track progress.

Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays; CNA certification is preferred but not required. We offer a competitive wage and benefits in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and supportive listening to residents.
• Report changes in health and status and complete daily data sheets.
• Assist with memory and performance improvement activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Support dining and activities to keep residents engaged.
• Ensure residents are safe and comfortable and dignity is preserved.
