Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of a state-approved PCA, CNA, or caregiver training program preferred.
• 1 year of experience in personal care, senior living, or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to residents, assisting with ADLs and daily living activities.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health and well-being to the nursing team.
• Foster positive relationships with residents through companionship and engagement.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe, clean living environment.
