Savant Senior Living is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director in Riverside, CA, to drive occupancy through proactive lead generation, nurture relationships, and guide families through the community’s sales process. The role reports to the VP of Sales and collaborates with the Executive Director on a strategic marketing plan.

The position offers an extensive compensation package with base pay, uncapped commissions, and a comprehensive benefits suite.

Qualifications

• Must be an enthusiastic people person with strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter who can drive sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
• 3 years of experience in Assisted Living sales (Private Pay) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and outreach: welcome inquiries, identify leads, and conduct tours.
• Build trust with prospective residents and families, promoting services and pricing.
• Develop referral networks with local agencies and senior living referrals.
• Plan and host events to attract prospects and engage referral sources.
• Guide families through sales contracts and promote community tours.
