Job summary

Savant Senior Living is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to drive occupancy by managing leads, nurturing relationships, and guiding prospective residents through a smooth transition into their new home. You will report to the VP of Sales and collaborate with the Executive Director on strategic marketing plans to hit occupancy budgets.

Qualifications

• Must be an enthusiastic people person.
• Self-starter who can drive sales growth.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• 3 years of experience in Assisted Living sales (Private Pay).

Responsibilities

• Lead Management:Welcome inquiries and reach out to leads using software; maintain contact with prospects and families via calls, emails, and tours.
• Build trust with prospects and families by showcasing benefits; coordinate with staff to promote services and pricing to close sales.
• Network with local agencies and referral services to broaden sources (e.g., A Place for Mom).
• Plan and host events to attract prospects and engage families and referral partners.
• Explain sales and contracts clearly; guide families through agreements and promote community tours.
